Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the purchase and use of Gatavia digital products, memberships, software plans, reports and professional services. Last updated: 27 August 2026.

1. Owner and acceptance

Owner: Marta Jiménez Álvarez · Spanish tax ID 20264654K · Calle Teide, 14, 45930 Méntrida, Toledo, Spain · info@gatavia.com

By purchasing, subscribing, registering for a paid plan or contracting a service, the user accepts these terms and the specific information shown during checkout.

2. Products and services

  • Gatavia App plans
  • Gatavia Check and free features where available
  • Country memberships and Gatavia Global
  • Digital guides and downloadable content
  • Financial reports
  • Assisted CFO and other professional services
  • Custom or Enterprise services subject to a specific proposal

3. Account and capacity

Users must provide accurate information, secure their credentials and have legal capacity to contract. Anyone acting for a company or third party confirms that they are authorised to do so.

4. Prices, taxes and payments

Price, currency, billing frequency and applicable taxes are shown before confirmation. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another provider identified at checkout. A valid payment method is required for paid services.

5. Subscriptions, trials and renewal

Recurring plans renew at the stated interval until cancelled unless the specific offer says otherwise. Any trial period and its conditions are shown before it starts. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund already billed periods except where law, the offer or an express guarantee requires it.

6. Memberships

Memberships provide access to the content included in the selected scope for the contracted period. Content may be updated, expanded or reorganised. Country memberships are limited to the relevant territory; Gatavia Global covers the access described in the current global offer.

7. Digital guides

One-off digital guides are delivered in the stated format and are for the buyer’s personal or internal use. They may not be resold or redistributed. Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, digital-content exceptions may apply when immediate supply begins with prior express consent and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of withdrawal rights, as permitted by law.

8. Reports and professional services

Scope, required documents, indicative timing and deliverables are defined by the selected service or accepted proposal. Analysis depends on the information supplied and available. Assisted financial services do not replace regulated professionals where a specific licence is legally required.

9. Permitted use and intellectual property

The right of use is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Systematic copying, database extraction, resale, circumvention of access controls, reverse engineering or use to create competing products is prohibited.

10. Data, documents and AI

Users must verify uploaded data and automated outputs. Gatavia may use automated processing or AI for specific features; outputs can contain errors and should not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions.

11. Availability and suspension

Gatavia may perform maintenance, correct errors, change features or replace providers. Accounts may be proportionately restricted or suspended for fraud, abuse, security risk, material breach or non-payment, subject to mandatory rights.

12. Liability

Gatavia provides management-support tools and does not guarantee any particular financial, tax, regulatory or investment result. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law without affecting non-excludable liabilities or mandatory consumer rights.

13. Cancellation, refunds and claims

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the product, offer and applicable law and will be shown before purchase where required. Claims: info@gatavia.com.

14. Law and updates

Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their habitual country of residence. Where legally permitted in B2B relations, the courts of Toledo, Spain have jurisdiction. Material changes affecting active services will be communicated where legally or contractually required.
