3. Access, registration and proper use

Using Gatavia means accepting this Legal Notice and the applicable policies. Some functions require an account, email verification, purchase or subscription.

• Do not bypass technical, territorial or contractual limits
• Do not use Gatavia for fraud, concealment of income or regulatory evasion

Gatavia texts, guides, templates, designs, brands, code, databases, rule engines, reports and other proprietary materials are protected. Purchase or subscription grants only the permitted right of use and does not authorise resale, systematic extraction, redistribution or use to build competing products without written permission.

8. Third-party services

Gatavia may rely on providers for infrastructure, databases, authentication, payments, email, AI, calendars, analytics and other integrations. Such providers are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Availability and backups

Services may be interrupted for maintenance, technical changes or third-party incidents. Users should keep their own copies of official documents, contracts, invoices, licences and other essential information.

10. Prices, contracting and privacy

Prices, taxes, currency, duration and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Contracting is governed by the Terms and Conditions, personal data by the Privacy Policy and storage/tracking technologies by the Cookies Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Gatavia is not liable for decisions based solely on unverified general or automated information, or for consequences caused by inaccurate user data, regulatory changes, third-party failures or misuse. Mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable liabilities remain unaffected.

12. Law, claims and updates

Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their habitual country of residence.
