Cookie Policy

This policy explains the browser-storage technologies Gatavia.com may use and how optional categories can be accepted, rejected or changed. Last updated: 27 August 2026.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies, local storage and session storage can keep identifiers or preferences in the browser. They may be required for sessions, security, language selection and other user-requested functions.

2. Necessary technologies

Strictly necessary technologies may be used without consent where essential to provide a requested feature, secure the platform, authenticate users, maintain a session or remember consent choices.

  • Supabase authentication and security where applicable
  • Language and technical interface preferences
  • Consent management
  • Fraud prevention and contracting/payment operation

3. Preferences

Preference technologies may remember language, country, display or other functional settings. Where they are not strictly necessary, they will be used according to applicable law and the user’s choice.

4. Analytics

The new Gatavia.com website must not activate non-essential analytics before consent where consent is required. If measurement services are added, they will be identified in the consent panel and blocked until a valid choice exists where required.

5. Advertising and marketing

Advertising or attribution technologies will only be used if actually installed and legally authorised. Mentioning services such as Google Ads or Meta does not mean they are active on Gatavia.com.

6. External providers

Payments may involve Stripe and authentication may involve Supabase. These providers may use necessary technologies on their own domains under their own policies. External websites linked from Gatavia are governed by their own rules.

7. Accept, reject and configure

Where consent is required, the panel will offer clear options to accept all, reject optional categories or configure them. Rejecting optional technologies will not prevent use of essential Gatavia functions.

8. Change your choice

You may change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie-management option on Gatavia.com, or delete cookies/local storage through your browser.

9. Devices, domains and privacy signals

Preferences may not sync across browsers, devices or subdomains. Gatavia may recognise privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control where legally and technically applicable.

10. Updates

This policy will be updated when the technologies actually used, providers or applicable law change.
