Gatavia partnership terms
These informational terms explain how we assess new strategic and commercial partnerships. Effective partnerships require an individual written agreement. Existing agreements are not changed by this page.
1. Partnership types
Strategic partnerships with PMS providers, channel managers and industry organisations.
Commercial partnerships with professionals referring suitable business opportunities.
2. Application and approval
An enquiry or meeting does not imply approval or exclusivity.
Both parties must confirm roles, capabilities and responsibilities before collaboration.
3. Compensation
There is no publicly applicable commission rate covering all Gatavia services.
Commission, consideration, calculation basis, duration and payment schedule require a prior written agreement.
Gatavia's 6% owner fee for managed bookings is not the partner commission.
4. Attribution and payments
Attribution criteria, exclusions and time windows are individually agreed.
Registrations, introductions, clicks and demos alone do not earn compensation.
Refunds, taxes, discounts and relevant costs are handled as set out in each agreement.
5. Technology and data
No technical integration or access to data is automatically approved.
Collaborations must meet security, permission and privacy requirements.
6. Marketing and brand
Partners may promote only approved and verified offers and claims.
Brand impersonation or unauthorised domains and advertising are prohibited.
7. Existing agreements
Previously signed partnership agreements retain their own terms unless amended by agreement.
These informational terms do not supersede signed contracts.
8. Contact
