Qatar combines a high-spend Gulf tourism market with a formal, individual-friendly Holiday Homes licensing route. In 2025 it received 5.1 million international visitors, sold 10.84 million room nights and generated QAR8.3bn of accommodation revenue.

Doha, Lusail, The Pearl, West Bay, Msheireb, Katara, Al Wakrah, Al Khor/Simaisma, Sealine and major event corridors combine business, MICE, sport, stopover, GCC family, luxury and winter demand. Summer demand is increasingly event-led and campaign-supported.
