Ask your AI assistant about your holiday rentals

What you need

• A Gatavia account with your properties. It is free for up to 5 properties.
• An account with the AI assistant you use. In ChatGPT, until the app is in the directory, a paid plan with developer mode is needed.
• The connector address: https://gatavia.com/api/mcp

Connect Gatavia in Claude

• In claude.ai, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
• Name: Gatavia. URL: https://gatavia.com/api/mcp
• Select Connect, sign in with your Gatavia account and select Autorizar Gatavia (Authorise).
• In a new chat ask: Which properties do I have in Gatavia?

Connect Gatavia in ChatGPT, Le Chat or Gemini

• ChatGPT: Settings → Plugins → Add → Add custom MCP server, with the URL https://gatavia.com/api/mcp and OAuth authentication.
• Le Chat (Mistral): Connectors → Add connector → Custom MCP connector, with the same URL.
• Gemini (Google AI Ultra plan): Settings & help → Connected apps → Other → Add a custom app.
• In every case you sign in on Gatavia's own page; your password never goes through the assistant.

What you can ask

• What bookings do I have next week?
• Which days are free in my apartment in December?
• How much did I earn this month, and what did I spend money on?
• Which documents are waiting for review?
• Record an 80 EUR plumber expense today for my beach house.
• Set the nightly price to 95 EUR from 1 to 7 December in my penthouse.

What it can and cannot do

It can read your properties, bookings, availability, income, expenses, stored tax summaries, documents and prices. It can also record entries (expenses, income, bookings and amounts collected), block dates and change prices or your direct-booking listing.

It cannot delete bookings, expenses or documents, it does not publish listings and it does not move money: records are bookkeeping entries in Gatavia. Each user only accesses their own properties.

Privacy and disconnecting

When connected, the assistant receives the data about your properties it needs to answer. The assistant's provider processes it under its own privacy policy. You can disconnect Gatavia at any time from your assistant's connector settings.
