This programme is for small owners contracting Gatavia to carry out agreed digital marketing and booking commercial management. The 6% applies to bookings commercially managed by Gatavia under contract, not those managed by the owner independently.

When do rewards become eligible?
Only when Gatavia has actually collected and retained at least €250 in eligible net 6% fees from the new referred client. Total booking value, taxes, cancellations, refunds and third-party charges do not count.
The referring person does not earn 6%: their reward is a fixed €50 per validated new eligible client.
SIMPLE PROCESS
Three steps. No obsolete free months or referral links.
Identify the referral
Contact us before the customer contracts and identify yourself as the referrer. If you are the new owner, tell us who referred you.
The owner contracts
We review the property and agree the 6% digital commercial management service, if it fits both parties.
We validate rewards
Once at least €250 of eligible net fees have been collected, we check the referral: €50 to the referrer and €25 of credit to the new owner.
CLEAR CONDITIONS
No rewards for sign-ups. No hidden percentages.
✓New small-property-owner customers only, not already in negotiations for this service with Gatavia; the referral must be identified before contracting.
✓One €50 reward per validated new client, not per property, registration, click or individual booking. No multiple rewards for the same contract.
✓The new client receives €25 of credit against future Gatavia 6% commercial management fees only, not cash or discounts on OTA charges.
✓The €250 threshold uses net fees actually collected and retained by Gatavia, excluding VAT, discounts, refunds, non-payment and third-party charges. Cancellations and subsequent corrections are reviewed.
✓Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and manipulated attribution are prohibited. Identity, payment and tax information may be requested before settling the €50 reward.
✓Attribution and rewards are initially verified manually; the previous App-based free-month mechanism is not used for this offer.
✓Only share other people's personal details with their permission. Preferably, the interested owner should contact us directly and name their referrer.
