The demand window is wider than the event dates
For accommodation operators around Parque das Nações and properties with direct transport connections, bookings can begin before September 29 and extend beyond October 1.
Strategy A: 3 nights × €250 = €750. Less €70 cleaning = €680 contribution.
Strategy B: 4 nights × €225 = €900. Less €70 cleaning = €830 contribution.
The lower ADR produces €150 more contribution because it sells an additional night without another turnover.

- Minimum stay.
- One-night gaps.
- Cancellation policy.
- Connection to FIL and MEO Arena.
- Remaining comparable supply.
A 40,000-person event does not justify arbitrary price increases across Lisbon. But a well-connected property that still has normal-week pricing should review those dates now. The objective is not maximum ADR; it is maximum total profitable stay value.
