Paris Fashion Week 2026 runs for nine days: hosts should review September 27–October 7 now

Paris Fashion Week creates a wider accommodation-demand window than the event dates themselves. Hosts should review pricing, minimum stay and pickup now.

Gatavia analysis

The official Paris Fashion Week Womenswear Spring/Summer 2027 calendar runs from September 28 to October 6, 2026. For accommodation operators, the relevant demand window is wider.

The commercial window starts earlier

Arrivals can begin on September 27 and departures can extend into October 7. That means hosts should not only look at the official event dates when checking pickup, minimum stays and rates.

Option A: €300 × 2 nights = €600

Less one €70 cleaning = €530 contribution

Option B: €260 × 4 nights = €1,040

Less one €70 cleaning = €970 contribution

The higher nightly rate is not automatically the better strategy. During event periods, length of stay and total contribution can matter more than maximum ADR.

What to check today

  • September 27 to October 7 availability.
  • Pickup versus normal weeks.
  • Remaining supply in comparable listings.
  • Minimum-stay rules.
  • Cancellation conditions.
  • Access to central Paris and event areas.
Do not price from the event name alone

Fashion Week is a demand signal, not a guarantee. Rate increases should be supported by your own pickup and local supply.

GATAVIA VERDICT

Leaving normal-week pricing untouched without checking the calendar is poor revenue management, but raising every date simply because Fashion Week exists is equally weak. Use pickup, remaining supply and total-stay economics.
