Older DMS registrations must be checked before the regional compliance deadline.

Puglia is approaching an important compliance deadline. Tourist rentals already registered in DMS Puglia by 30 September 2025 must ensure that the required SCIA or CIA has been filed with the competent SUAP by 30 September 2026.
What to check
- DMS registration details.
- The correct SCIA or CIA filing with SUAP.
- Civil liability insurance appropriate to the accommodation capacity.
- Any pending municipal requests.
The regional guidance links activity without the required communication to the applicable sanctioning framework. An older DMS registration should therefore not be treated as proof that the file is complete.
