# Gatavia

> Gatavia helps holiday-rental and mid-term rental owners and managers get commission-free direct bookings (on their own website and with visibility in Gata, Gatavia's trip-planning app) and know what each property really earns. It brings bookings, payouts, channel fees, costs, taxes and documents into one view. Free for up to 5 properties; tailored plans for 6 or more. Operated by GATAVIA GLOBAL, S.L. (Spain), founded in 2026 by Marta Jiménez, who has more than 20 years of experience in financial management.

Direct bookings carry no Gatavia commission: on the owner's website the guest pays the property directly. Booking and paying inside Gata will come later. Gata is available on Android and the web; iPhone is coming soon.

Gatavia works alongside the owner's PMS and tax adviser; it does not replace them. Figures are separated into realised, pending and forecast, and a saving only counts once it is achieved and documented. A team of people with holiday-rental and finance experience supports users.

In Spanish, Gatavia is used for: gestión financiera de pisos turísticos, rentabilidad de alquiler vacacional, control de ingresos y gastos de Airbnb y Booking.com, comisiones por canal, fiscalidad de viviendas de uso turístico y documentación para el gestor.
